I grew up in Maple Valley, King County, Washington, where my father worked as a commercial electrician and also as a general contractor, building and renovating houses. From a young age, I assisted him with various construction tasks, including site preparation, foundation work, concrete flatwork, framing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, roofing, landscaping, and irrigation.

As an adult, I’ve owned homes for over 30 years, gaining extensive experience in home maintenance, remodeling, and repairs. My background as a construction superintendent has given me a keen eye for quality construction practices and ensuring that projects meet high standards in both appearance and function.
